Hey guys! It has been a while since I have gotten to finish my R.R.R. three part series! But, I thought it would be better to finish it now than never!
So, I wanted to finish it off with two R's because to me, repeat should be used in all of the R's.
Redefining your new truth. Redefining your new purpose and passion. Redefining the life that you have chosen to live.
It can often times be hard to redefine our truth, because it means that you have to adjust to a new way of living.
Sometimes we can get fearful of what others think of us and what we are choosing to do with our lives.
I realized the other day that I spend a lot of time thinking about what other people think of me.
I think that everything that I am doing is wrong, because I feel as though others might think that it is wrong. WHICH IS FIRST OFF NOT TRUE, because who am I to place other thoughts in people's minds?
I take my life and place it into the hands of others when I am with them. Why? Because I want them to think that I am a good person who does everything right.
Well, guess what Tori?
There is no exact "right" way of doing something. There is no perfect way of accomplishing daily tasks. There is no perfect way of living because we are imperfect beings.
So, what I did, was I recognized that I have a tendency to think that others are judging me, I re-established a new way of thinking (changing my thoughts when I feel like others are judging me), and now I am able to redefine my daily task by accomplishing even more because I am not worried about what others will think of me!
Then, REPEAT IT! Repeat it as many times as I can until it becomes a habit!
So, redefining your old temptations or ways of living is a difficult thing to change, especially if you are not good with change. But, it is possible.
Whatever you may be struggling with, or aspiring to change, it all has to start with repetition of the new change.
By repeating, it becomes a habit, just like your old habits became habits.
To me, repetition is key to anything. If you really want to get good at something, you just have to do it over and over again. You will never be able to achieve perfection, but that is why it's important to remember to always try to be better at your goals, rather than believing that you are already "the best".
Recognizing, re-establishing, and redefining is so important in fulfilling your truth. No matter what, we always have something that we need to work on. We always have something that we can aspire to be better at. Recognizing our flaws helps us to re-establish a lifestyle full of success and redefining our true purpose in life. Then, we repeat these steps so that we can build healthy habits.
I have things everyday that I know are not helping me to fulfill my truth. This can be from the way I treat other people, to the way that I treat myself. To the thoughts that I allow myself to think, to the thoughts that I think others are thinking of me. I aspire to be better at living my life everyday. And I realize that even though I aspire to make change, that does not mean the change is going to be be apparent or even happen that day, right in that moment, or that time. But, it means, that you realized that the change has the potential to be there. Which is all you can do everyday. IS JUST TRY.
Trying to fulfill your truth is the first step in truly fulfilling it.
You need to give yourself a pat on the back every single day you wake up in the morning. You need to applaud yourself for every time you try to apply these three R's to your daily life.
And I want you to know, that you are doing a wonderful job at your life.
If we all apply these things to our lives, we will continue to change the world one mind, one body, and one soul at a time.
I love you guys, and I hope that can you feel the love,
KEEP FULFILLING YOUR TRUTH
